Satu berita yang tak kurang menariknya,Timbalan Ketua Menteri 1 Dr Mansor yang baru di tabalkan telah mendapat endorsement dari penduduk Penanti.
Berlaku kekecohan di Pasar Malam Permatang Tok Elong,Penanti akibat rasa tidak puas hati sebilangan peniaga pasar malam akibat perbezaan harga sewa tapak, apabila pihak penganjur pasar malam tidak dapat menyelesaikan masaalah,mereka telah menghubungi Dr Mansor,belia turun dengan harapan dapat menyelesaikan masaalah,namun diberitakan belia sendiri mendapat masaalah apabila di baling telur,kerana tidak dapat membantu masaalah peniaga pasar malam. ada ura ura mengatakan puncanya ada sikap pilih kasih dengan mengenakan kadar sewa yang berlainan terhadap peniaga pasar malam,barang kali yang menyokong PR atau pun kroni penganjur pasal malam di kena kan bayaran yang murah,semurah mana Pisau tidak pasti pulak.
Diberitakan,selepas di baling telur di mukanya,Dr Mansor bergegas pulang kerana berasa dia tidak diperlukan di tempat kejadian.
Apakah yang dapat tafsirkan dari peristiwa ini,adakah belia tidak diterima & dihormati oleh penduduk Penanti?
